East Fife Supporter Melanie Lothain has set up a GoFundMe page for any supporters who wish to make a donation to the club.
Mel has asked us to post the following message. Anyone who wishes to donate can do so here
Due to the recent shutdown of all professional and domestic football due to the spread of the Covid-19 virus, many businesses, including East Fife Football Club, will face an uncertain future.
With 4 home first-team matches still to play the club will have lost out on a significant sum on money from gate receipts and sold-out hospitality as well as having to cancel the Big Band Fundraising night scheduled for the end of this month.
I’ve spoken to many fans who would like to help out financially so I have set up this Crowdfunding page, with approval from the club, as a means for fans, who are in a position to help, support the club (with an initial target of £5,000).
I know that they will greatly appreciate any support you are able to provide.

With all domestic football suspended until further notice, East Fife TV will be showing a classic & memorable match every Saturday at 3 pm. As this was scheduled to be a Fife Debry weekend, we’re kicking off with a match to remember from last season, so join us on Saturday to relive the action from Saturday 10th November 2018.
Classic matches are free to view however donations would be greatly appreciated. Any money raised will be donated to East Fife Football Club to help alleviate some of the shortfall incurred by the postponement to the season. You can donate, via PayPal, here.
Further to the decision of the Joint Response Group (SPFL & SFA) to suspend all domestic professional and grassroots football, the SPFL board has today postponed the playing of Ladbrokes League fixtures pending any Government order and/or further direction from the Scottish FA.
The full statement from the SPFL can be viewed here.
We will continue to keep supporters updated as more information becomes available.
The Joint Response Group (SFA & SPFL) confirmed on Friday (13th March) the suspension of all domestic professional and grassroots football until further notice.
The full statement from the SPFL can be viewed here.
As a result, today’s scheduled Ladbrokes League 1 match against Montrose will not take place. Last night’s Under 20s match against Cumbernauld Colts was also suspended.
The club fully supports the decision to postpone all matches as the health and wellbeing of supporters, players and staff is paramount. We appreciate that supporters may have questions regarding season tickets and hospitality bookings, however we politely ask the fans and customers hold off contacting the club until a decision is reached regarding the remainder of the 2019/20 season.
In addition to the postponement of all football matches, the upcoming Supporters Club Quiz night (20th March) and Big Band Night (27th March) have also been postponed.
We will keep supporters up-to-date via the club’s official channels as more information becomes available.
We were contacted recently by friends & family of life-long East Fife supporter Ralph (Jack) Malcolm. Jack spent most of his working life as bus driver and often had the job of driving the East Fife team bus. At one stage of his career, whilst working in London, he even travelled home at weekends to attend matches!
Unfortunately, Jack had to give up his season ticket a few years ago due to ill health and we were happy to provide him with a signed shirt and were delighted when his son-in-law Colin got in touch with a photo showing Jack (now aged 92) with his signed strip.
