Weʼre raising £10,000 to Support 2 child cancer organisations in England and Scotland; Ward E39 of the Queen's Medical Centre (Nottm) and Toby's Magical Journey
Cancer is life changing. It is something that has been the scourge of the earth for many people across the world. Not only does it affect individuals but the hurt also resonates through entire families.
To hear of a child suffering from cancer is something that no one wants to ever experience but it does happen and together with AC Wollaton Charity we are here to fight back.
We are partnering together to raise funds to support the amazing work that two organisations are doing to in the fight against this awful disease; Ward E39 of the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham, England who work tirelessly to treat children and Toby's Magical Journey , a Fife charity set up by an amazing young man, 12 year old Toby Etheridge who is on the verge of winning his battle!
We are going big on this one! We are arranging a football match that will see two of the biggest rivals in history compete for glory - England vs. Scotland! AC Wollaton Charity will be heading North in May to take on the mighty Jock's (a selection of Fife's finest - apparently!) in what can only be described as one of the most anticipated games of 2018! Make no mistake this will be a clash of the titan's event but both will be driving towards the same 'goal' - to raise as much as possible for the above causes. The game will be played on May 26th at the Locality Hub Bayview Stadium, the home of East Fife FC in conjunction with Fifers For The Community (FFTC). Large crowds, bagpipes, national anthems, goals, controversy and bucket loads of donations!! expect it all!

BOOKINGS ALREADY BEING TAKEN, ESPECIALLY FOR MOTHERS' DAY ON 11TH MARCH 2018
East Fife head in a south-westerly direction tomorrow to take on promotion hopefuls Ayr United at Somerset Park. Ian McCall’s men have provided no shortage of entertainment for their followers this season, but will be keen to improve on their recent home form to gain ground on current league leaders Raith Rovers. Bayview boss Darren Young, meanwhile, was once again left frustrated last Saturday after another below par performance from the Fifers, going down to Queen’s Park at Bayview. The men from Methil, like their opponents have been struggling at home lately and will go into tomorrow’s game in need of a morale boosting display. Mark Docherty looks set to miss out again through injury, while fellow midfielders Kyle Wilkie and Craig Thomson aim to make a return after being sidelined for two weeks. The squad was however boosted by the arrival of 19 year old Scott Allardice on loan from Dundee United earlier this week. It would be fair to acknowledge that the Honest Men have enjoyed more success in recent encounters between the sides, coming out on top in each of the last seven meetings, including a 3-0 win back in September at Somerset Park and a 4-1 success at Bayview in December. You have to go back over four years to find East Fife’s last success, a 3-2 win down in Ayr. David White was the hero for the Methil men on that occasion, with a spectacular last minute winner after coming back from 2-0 down. Scott McBride was the other Fifer on target with a double, including one from the penalty spot. The Bayview faithful will be hoping for a performance of similar character and quality tomorrow afternoon.
We are delighted to announce the signing of Scott Allardice on loan from Dundee United until the end of the March. 19-year-old midfielder joined Championship Side’s Youth Academy in 2010, turning professional in 2014. Scott made his first team debut for Dundee United in April 2017 and was selected for the Scotland Under 19s side later that month.
Welcome to Bayview Scott!
