East Fife head north tomorrow to face Peterhead as they attempt to extend their impressive unbeaten league run into double figures. Speaking earlier today, manager Barry Smith looked ahead to the Balmoor clash.

"The boys are looking forward to the game tomorrow but it will be a tough trip, as it always is, made even more difficult by the small squad that we are currently running with. However we are playing with confidence at the moment, and we will be aiming for the win."

Smith also provided an update on the injury situation, with Scott Robinson looking likely to return to the squad, leaving Luke Watt sidelined together with Kyle Wilkie and Tony Wallace. Nikki Paterson also misses out through suspension after his red card against Brechin City last week.

The two clubs are no strangers to each other, with tomorrow's meeting the fourth between the sides so far this season. The Fifers edged out Peterhead 2-1 in the Betfred League Cup at Bayview back in July, although the Blue Toon went on to progress from the section. The two league games have also gone the way of the Methil men, winning 3-0 at Balmoor and 2-0 in the return game in December.
