We’re delighted to announce the signing of Andy Munro on a 1-year-deal.

The 31-year-old defender joins us from Forfar Athletic where he made 162 appearances over 2 spells at the club.

Andy made his senior debut for Arbroath back in 2015 before moving on to Station Park in the summer of 2016. A short loan move to Clyde followed in 2017/18, returning to Forfar for the start of the 2018/19 season. He joined Stenhousemuir in January 2019 before making the return move back to the Loons 2 years later.

He’s a player we’re liked for a while and he’s worked with Dick and I at Arbroath, and Malky at Forfar so we know what we’re getting, a strong & aggressive defender with plenty of experience at this level.”

Andy will join up with the squad when training resumes next month.
