There will be a minute silence prior to Saturday’s League 1 match against Montrose to mark Remembrance Day. We are marking Remembrance Day slightly earlier this year as this is the club’s closest home fixture to 11th November. We ask that all supporters are in their seats in time to observe this. All current serving members of the Armed Forces will be admitted free of charge on production of valid ID.
Tomorrow we welcome Dundonald Bluebell to the Locality Hub Bayview stadium in the 1st round of the 2019/20 Fife Cup. Kick off is 8.05 pm with admission prices set at £5 for adults and £3 from under 16s.
Following this morning’s announcement, we can confirm that Darren Young was, with permission from the club, interviewed for the vacant managerial position at Ayr United. However, we are happy to report that it’s business as usual at East Fife with everyone focusing on this weekend's match against Raith Rovers.
We would like to put on record our thanks to our friends at Somerset Park for the way they have conducted their business &, as such, felt it was only right to delay any announcement until after they had finalised their appointment.
The 1903 Travel Club will be running buses to our away matches against Dumbarton (9th November), Airdrieonians (30th November), Stranraer (14th December) and Peterhead (21st December).
